1. 1. Services

   Ablyon provides agentic workflow automation, growth and performance engineering including search engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation, AI content engineering and brand presence, and web and application development. Services we no longer provide are not covered by these terms.

2. 2. Payments

   Service fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

3. 3. Client Responsibilities

   Clients are responsible for providing timely access to ad accounts, brand assets, and the systems, data and credentials an engagement requires, along with any approvals needed to proceed. Where we build automated workflows, the client remains responsible for designating the people who review escalated cases.

4. 4. Results Disclaimer

   While we strive to deliver measurable results, Ablyon does not guarantee specific outcomes. Marketing performance is subject to market conditions and external factors. Automated systems are delivered against an agreed accuracy standard measured on an evaluation set, not as a guarantee of correctness on every case, and third-party model and platform providers may change behaviour outside our control.

5. 5. Intellectual Property

   All assets produced by Ablyon remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.

6. 6. Termination

   Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice.

7. 7. Limitation of Liability

   Ablyon's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. 8. Governing Law

   These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
