Food, beverage and hospitality

We help restaurants, cafes, hotels and food and drink brands fill more tables and rooms. We answer booking questions and reviews quickly, keep listings and menus consistent, and connect ads to real bookings and orders. A person handles anything sensitive. We measure bookings and repeat visits, not clicks.

The problem

Where does hospitality growth stall?

Hospitality runs on small decisions made fast: a booking question late at night, a review that needs an answer, a quiet Tuesday that needs filling. Most of it gets handled between services by people who are already busy. We take on the repeat work, answer guests quickly and connect your ads, listings and bookings, so you can see what really fills the room.

Four problems show up in most venues and food brands. Two are about guests, and two are about knowing what works.

  1. 01

    Enquiries and bookings answered late

Guests ask about availability, events, group bookings and menus at all hours. We build replies from your own menu, opening hours and policies, so the answer is quick and correct. Any question about allergies or medical needs goes to a person every time, with the guest's details gathered. The workflow never answers those itself.

  2. 02

    Reviews and listings left alone

Reviews and map listings are often the first thing a new guest reads. We keep your hours, menu, address and photos consistent across your site and your listings. We draft replies to reviews for a person on your team to approve, and flag the ones that need a manager. Nothing is posted that nobody has read.

  3. 03

Ads that count clicks, not covers

An ad can bring plenty of clicks and no bookings. We track from the ad to the booking, the order or the phone call, and report the cost of each booking. We then send that booking data back to the ad platforms, so they look for guests who book rather than people who click.

  4. 04

    One-time guests who never return

Much of the profit is in the second and third visit. We build follow-up by email or message after a visit or an order, based on what the guest chose, only with their consent and with an easy way to opt out. For food and drink brands that sell online, the number to watch is the repeat order.

Good questions

Common questions

Do you work with single venues or only groups?

Both. A single venue usually starts with enquiries, listings and one booking source tracked properly. A group gets the same set-up across sites, so you can compare them fairly.

Can automation handle allergy questions?

No, and we build it that way on purpose. Any message that mentions an allergy, an intolerance or a medical need goes straight to a person, with the guest's details attached. The workflow never answers it.

Will you reply to our reviews for us?

We draft them in your tone from the facts of the visit, and a person on your team approves each one before it posts. Nothing is published unread.

Do you work with food and drink brands that sell online or to shops?

Yes. For online sales the work looks like our e-commerce work: the shop, the ads and repeat orders. For selling to shops, restaurants and distributors, it looks more like B2B: enquiries, samples and long-running accounts. We tell you which one fits in our reply.

How do you connect ads to bookings?

We set up tracking from the ad to your booking system, ordering page or phone line, using the tools you already have where we can. If a booking system will not share data, we tell you and agree the closest measure with you.
