Real estate and construction

We help real estate and construction companies turn more enquiries into signed work. We answer and sort new enquiries quickly, follow up viewings and quotes that go quiet, and track each lead from the first click or call to the signed job. A person checks every message that matters. We measure signed work, not just leads.

The problem

Where do property and construction leads slip away?

People looking for a home, an office or a builder tend to message several firms and talk to whoever replies first. Meanwhile your leads arrive from portals, ads, calls and forms, and nobody can say which one ended in a signed job. We answer and sort enquiries quickly, follow up the viewings and quotes that go quiet, and track the whole path to a signed deal.

Four gaps show up again and again. Most of them are about speed and follow-up, not about getting more leads.

  1. 01

Enquiries that wait for a reply

Enquiries arrive from portals, forms, ads and phone calls, often into different inboxes. We bring them into one place and send a first reply quickly, with the right details in it. The workflow asks what a person would ask: the type of property or job, the area, the timing and the budget. Good fits go to the right person with everything gathered. Anything that needs judgement is written by a person.

  2. 02

Viewings and quotes that go quiet

After a viewing or a quote, most leads go cold because nobody has time to chase. We build follow-up from what was actually discussed, with reminders at sensible points. A person is told when someone replies, or when a quote has sat too long. It stops the moment the person says no.

  3. 03

No clear view of which channel brought the signed job

A deal can close weeks or months after the first click, and often after a phone call that normal tracking never sees. We set up tracking for calls and forms and link it to your CRM, the system where you record deals. Then we report by signed work, not by leads. We also send closed-deal data back to the ad platforms, so they aim for jobs that were signed.

  4. 04

Local search that does not match reality

People search by area and by type of work. Your name, address, phone number and services need to match across your site, your map listing and the portals you use. We keep them consistent and build a real page for each area and service you cover, with details that belong to you. Search engines and AI assistants then have something clear to name you from.

Good questions

Common questions

Do you work with estate agents, developers and builders?

Yes, and the work differs. Agents care most about reply speed and listings. Developers care about tracking sales across a long launch. Builders and contractors care about quote requests and local search. We start from which of those matches you.

Can you connect to our CRM and the portals we use?

Usually, yes. We check what your CRM and portals allow before we scope anything, because some only share leads by email. Where there is no direct link, we use what the system gives us and tell you plainly what stays manual.

Will automated replies sound robotic to buyers?

They should not, and we test them against your real past enquiries before launch. Replies are short and specific to the enquiry. Anything sensitive, such as price negotiation or a complaint, goes to a person.

How do you track phone calls?

With call tracking numbers: a different number shown for each source, so a call can be tied to the ad or page that produced it. If calls are recorded, we agree that with you first and make sure callers are told, in line with the rules where you operate.

How soon will we see results?

Faster replies and follow-up show in your own numbers once the workflows are live. Search results and signed work take longer, because buying a home or commissioning a build takes time. We report on both and do not promise a date.
