How it runs

Four steps, and you can stop after the second.

  1. Discovery call

    Thirty minutes. You tell us what you are building, what you are spending and what has not worked. We tell you what we would do first and whether it is worth doing at all. Two of the last engagements we scoped ended with a process change and no build.

  2. Process mapping

    We sit with the people doing the work and trace the process as it actually runs, including the exceptions nobody documented. Every step is classified: deterministic logic, judgement that can be encoded, judgement that stays human. The map is yours whether or not you build anything.

  3. Build in visible loops

    Short loops against a live environment. You see the system working, you see what it decided and why, and you get told what is changing next. If something is not working you hear it from us before you spot it.

  4. Evaluation and handover

    Accuracy is scored against an evaluation set built from your real historical cases, so it is a measured number before launch. In production every run is traced, failures retry against a defined policy, drift raises an alert, and a kill switch stops the pipeline in one action.

How is this different from hiring a separate agency for each channel?

Which industries do you work in?

Five: SaaS, B2B, AI, e-commerce and fintech. The services do not change between them and the constraints do, so each industry page sets out what is different in that market and which of the four pillars usually carries the work first. Nothing is a separate product.
